Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested Saturday night on charges of theft crimes after the owner of his old house, called police to say they were illegally living in this country … and joint destruction.
The Quaid had the burglary and crime without entering a building for commercial purposes without his consent a misdemeanor defendants. Evi’ve hit with additional charges – resisting arrest.
